the location was close to the cruise port. the room was clean. the staff helped facilitate a room change when our bath glass door was ajar (i was impressed by their responsiveness).
The breakfast area was super tight. i did not like the room size. It was hard to move around. the breakfast was overcrowded (a bit chaotic).

the continental breakfast was good. the room was very comfortable. the location was convenient.. staff was friendly.
the key card system was a problem. every time i left the room, the key card stopped working. i had to go to the front desk to get a new one printed. i stayed for three nights and requested a change of bed sheets multiple times, but they only changed them once.

the front desk staff was very accommodating, they even helped me figure out the subway system. the room was surprisingly quiet, i didn't hear much street noise during the night! i was able to store my luggage after checkout, it was very convenient.
The breakfast area was a bit crowded. Getting a table was sometimes challenging.
